my mom’s best friend is (finally) marrying her partner in the fall.
they told me i could bring a date to the wedding.
so, yeah.

i ordered it off of amazon, but they also have a website you can order from. if you just google “insanity,” the website comes up.
i ordered it new on amazone, because i wanted all the booklets and the diet guide and stuff that came with it, but they had a bunch of less expensive used copies as well.
What’s insanity?
insanity is a 60-day work-out program on dvd.
it’s really intense; lots of cardio and intense movements.
the whole point of it is that it turns typical work-outs upside down; you do long bursts of intense exercise and short bursts of moderate exercise, while normal work-outs are usually the opposite.
also, i sound like the infomercial right now. maybe it’s because i watched it so many times before i actually ordered it….haha
